R. Cobb Construction is a family owed site development company that specializes in commercial site development and utilities. R.Cobb was created in 1983 by the Father and son team of Eugene and Ralph Cobb. They began doing municipality sidewalk and curb for the cities of Tampa, St.Petersburg and Clearwater. After many successful years they decided to branch out into commercial site development including utilities and sewers. The company has continued to flourish with 37 years in business. R. Cobb construction has upheld its small to moderate size in order to maintain a high level of quality to every job. To this day Ralph Cobb continues a hands on approach by being at every job site every day.
